![Sunday Mornings](https://batcavebaptist.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Sunday-Morning-492x277.png)
Colossians 1:24-29 Suffering is (1) a fact of human life (2) for which we are not designed. So how should we view the complexity of suffering? How and why should we rejoice in suffering? 1. Trace suffering to sources of joy. 2. Ponder two surprises: A. Rejoice in your sufferings! B. Complete the saving ministry of Christ. Phil. 2:29-30 μυστήριον / mysterion = 1Pet. 1:10-12 3. Proclaim Christ. Ponder Christ. Pause on Christ. 4. Toil for Christ to be formed in the church around you. 5. God mightily inspires energy in sufferers who try and toil. “The medium is the message.”
