5 Characteristics of Scripture: Authority Part 2
1) All the words of scripture are in fact God's Words 2) We are convinced of the Words to be the Words of God as we read them 3) Other evidence is useful, but not fully convincing 4) God used many different means to communicate the words to the authors of the Scriptures -God delights in everyone who trembles at His Word Isaiah 66:2 -Even the greatest followers will have moments when they choose not to obey Luke 24:25 -Believers are to keep and obey the Disciples words John 15:20 -Christians are to remember the Commands of the Lord 2 Peter 1:20-21, 3:2 2 Corinthians 13:2-3
